Jack Eddleman Rome, Eddleman & Associates, Inc I first started working with Proctor & Graves three (3) years ago. At that time I was working with several other Plumbing and Heating companies, and having mixed results. There are so many examples I could use to express my trust in this company, but one of the best examples of their responsiveness came two years ago when I had a large fire line rupture in the parking lot if front of a building that I manage. I was able to contact Proctor & Graves at 5AM on a Saturday morning and meet someone down at the facility at 6AM. Bill Hahn waded out into the 2’ of water to try and determine the exact location of the leak. Although this was not any special feat, it happened to be in January of 2002, during a hard freeze. The temperature was 2 degrees, and the water was surrounded by snow and ice. We spent the day out there working to control the leak and start the process of the needed repairs. This is the kind of response and attention I have enjoyed with Proctor & Graves over the last few years. I truly believe that they have the best interest of my buildings and my owners at heart. I would whole heartedly recommend Proctor & Graves!
